Genomics Associate Technical Director, Clinical Cytogenetics, Labcorp

Dr Arreola graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2008 and earned her PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2014. She completed her clinical laboratory training in the Cytogenetics and Molecular Genetic Pathology laboratories at UNC-CH in 2017 and 2018, respectively. Dr Arreola is a diplomate of the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG) in Clinical Cytogenetics and Genomics, a fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG).

Dr Arreola serves as a Genomics Associate Technical Director in the Cytogenetics department at the Center for Molecular Biology & Pathology (CMBP). She is a diplomate of the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG), where she is board certified in Clinical Cytogenetics and Genomics. She has authored several articles and abstracts published in such journals as the American Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, Clinical Cancer Research, and PLoS One.

When not working, Dr Arreola enjoys visiting museums, the zoo or the beach with her family.
